Bot Responses
The Bot Responses page shows you every answer your bot has given in Discord, along with performance analytics to help you understand how it’s performing.
Response List
The main view shows a chronological list of all bot responses. For each response, you can see:
- The question:What the user asked
- The answer:What the bot replied
- The channel:Where the conversation happened
- Timestamp:When the response was sent
- Sources cited:What knowledge the bot drew from
Click on any response to see the full conversation detail with cited sources:
Analytics Overview
At the top of the page, a stats panel gives you a quick overview:

| Total Responses | How many answers the bot has given this month |
| Response Rate | How often the bot successfully answers questions |
| Average Response Time | How quickly the bot responds |
Why This Matters
Monitoring bot responses helps you:
- Identify knowledge gaps: Questions the bot can’t answer well point to missing content
- Spot incorrect answers: Catch bad responses and fix them by updating your knowledge base
- Track usage: See how much your community relies on the bot
- Measure improvement: Watch response quality go up as you add more content
If you see the bot giving incorrect or incomplete answers to a specific topic, add more relevant content to your knowledge base and rebuild.
